“We had a great 40th birthday trip at the house! It is a great property and hosts are very responsive. There was an issue that the listing when we booked (8 months prior) had different information that was changed without notice. However, once the issue was discovered it was resolved - very responsive. We loved the hot tub and walking distance to downtown! ”

The location is absolutely stunning—tucked away in a peaceful setting with the soothing sound of the river just steps away. “This was our first trip to Monterey, house was a nice size for a family of 5. Located about 10 min from the ocean, down the street from a Safeway and within 15 min of the Aquarium, Carmel by the sea, Pebble beach and Laguna Seca racetrack. Updates to the house were nice. Had an issue with black ants in the kitchen, Vacasa sent a team to spray and bring some ant killer. We didn’t let them spray but the baits were placed and did the job. Backyard patio and seating is really nice. Would stay here……
