“This is a beautiful house high in the mountains 24 minutes from Carmel Valley. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean, large and up to date. The kitchen has everything that you need. The huge porch is overlooking the Carmel river so you can hear the water as it travels past the house. The hot tub is an added bonus. We did not want to leave the moment we arrived. “This is great location and not at all far from Carmel-by-the-sea. The shops, wine tasting, and restaurants were enjoyable. The view from the VRBO is impressive!!! The winding valley drives up the mountain was scenic. Affordable valley golf courses and wineries are also close by. The house was clean and the hot tub was great overlooking the valley. “The house was nice and in a good location. We drove to Pebble Beach, Cannery Row and 17 mile drive which were all about 15 minutes or less. The patio was really spacious and has ample seating.There were ants in the kitchen and primary restroom. There was ant spray under the sink which may indicate a common issue. Also, there weren’t large trash bags for the kitchen trash can (only small ones).”
