“The hotel looks modern from the outside, the front desk staff is professional, but when you get your room card and go to the room you will find that the hallway is dirty, food crumbs and garbage are everywhere, the same is true in the room, the carpet is dirty and there are no slippers in the room, I would say this is not even as clean as the motels I have stayed in, don't be deceived by its appearance!!!”

“Newly remodeled room, the bedding is comfortable but the air conditioner is noisy. However, it’s value for money.”

“Exactly as listed but somehow even better! We were in the pool the entire time! The neighbor gave us fresh eggs from her chickens! The kids loved the horses! We’re Vegas locals, so when I tell you to book it- just do it! Don’t hesitate! It’s perfect and we had to best stay for my husband’s 40th birthday weekend! Thank you Mark & fam! ”

“This was such a cozy little studio, perfect for what my boyfriend and i needed! The host was wonderful, and was able to respond quickly when i had a question. Your close enough to everything you need, yet far enough away that you cant hear the noise from the strip. From checking in, to checking out everything was perfect. I definitely would recommend booking your next stay here! Especially if you dont want to pay ridiculously high fees like you would at a hotel! I will definitely book another……

“The property was clean and comfortable. A window blew out from a wind storm and the host sent someone over to repair it that same day. The hot tub is very relaxing and the rooms, beds and furniture were very comfortable. ”
