“We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all……

“This is the second time staying at Bella Vista with a six year gap in between. Always a bit nervous about revisiting a property, but we needn’t have worried. It was every bit as fantastic as last time - fabulous welcome pack, wonderful, friendly hosts (who can’t do enough for you) and everything you need for a stay. Don’t pack beach towels, loads to choose from. Dont pack tea & coffee, lots of machines and coffees to use. Right on the beach so the seven year old was in her element, as there are……

“The owner was unaware of our booking as advertised by vrbo. We arrived mid afternoon at portsmouth to attend my son's university graduation, but had no where to stay. We had to take our luggage to the ceremony and carry it to different locations during the event. My two daughters and myself had no car with us and mo extra money to pay for accomodation elsewhere, or even transport to a different property. We were left stranded in a strange city with no money and no where to stay the night. Vrbo……

“Loved the place, really handy having access to our own spa facilities, the hot tub was a definite winner for us. Gary was really quick and helpful with answers to any questions we had. The place was very cosy, kitchen was fully stocked and the location was perfect to amenities close by. Would highly recommend! ”
