“The property and its amenities were excellent, including the breakfast. It was the front desk service that deserves recognition. We got there way too early, but Mayra was outstanding in getting us a room as soon as possible so that we could settle down and rest. We were privileged to also have her at check out, and again she was excellent. ”

“Great place ”

“From the moment I walked in the the lobby smelled fantastic, I was greeted by the Desk clerk and offered a free drink. There is a really cool miniature grocery store by the main desk and a really neat bar and outside fire pit by the pool. The only negative was in the bathroom of my room. There was some trim molding that wasn’t done right and some sheet rock damage. Other than that, the place was absolutely fantastic. I would stay here again anytime.”

“Customer service ”

“Our family loved staying here and we will be back! The hotel is located near shopping and dining which made it easier going out, especially with young children. The room was spacious and accommodated our family nicely. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well kept. We will be staying next time we go to Phoenix. ”

“Nicely ”

“Some renovation was under way , but was not a factor in my experience. Business center computers were both out of service at the time.”

“Very comfortable room. Had to leave too early to have breakfast, unfortunately. Only negative— I don’t think people should be charged for parking! ”
