“Owners were very responsive. We had an exploded coke in our freezer at arrival and a dirty extra comforter (not easily obvious, had to unfold it to find where soiled) and the owners immediately worked to remedy/clean both. The house is really cute and clean. Do not love that there is another house right next to us, that is also a rental, and it's basically in what would be the backyard of the house - where all the outdoor fun is (jacuzzi, Connect-4, life-size chess). “We had a great time in Phoenix visiting our son and Ray’s property was perfectly located. We had a bit of a hiccup checking in but Ray was quick with a phone call and we were in business. The property itself is amazingly restored and is in a neighborhood in the midst of revitalization - it could seem sketchy to some but we had no issues and never felt unsafe. 9/10 - would recommend. ”

“Loved this property!!!!!! Toilet got clogged around 10pm, sent an email, and never received a response. Had to go the rest of the night and morning until check-out, with clogged toilet. Other than that, this place is soooooo cute and we loved it!!!! ”

“My commencement ceremony for my PhD was in the middle of the week and we are from Texas. I had so many of my family wanting to attend and this house was perfect. It was the perfect set up for hosting a family celebration, perfect location for getting to and from GCU and ease for getting to restaurants. The sleeping accommodations were adequate. The bedroom with the 2 beds did result in feedback that the beds were super firm and uncomfortable. All in all this is a perfect place for anyone……
