“Great hotel in Bilbao center, close to bus stop to get around and only a 15 min walk to the museum. The hotel is new so has modern amenities and the staff is very helpful. The room was very spacious and absolutely loved the shower. While the area around the hotel is not great, it’s safe and would recommend this hotel. ”

“very good location just opposite the market and in old town. This hotel gives best of the amenities and services. The house itself is a bit old so the floor doesn't flat and drainage system is not good，but I believe they did their best to maintain it. ”
