“Für mich hat einfach alles gepasst. Netter Empfang, sehr unkompliziert, haben für mich eine Lösung gefunden, sehr engagiert, kennen ihre Bewohner. Check in/Out sehr gute Zeiten. Busverbindung zum Hostel sehr gut und mehrere Möglichkeiten. Saubere Gegend. Kochen ist möglich und wird auch gerne genutzt. “Was super happy with my stay here. It was clean, and the customer service was great. The first room the AC wasn't working and they were willing to call the maintenance guy sunday night at 9pm and I said lets wait until tomorrow and once they figured out they couldn't fix it, they promptly moved me to a new room. The staff was helpful each time I had a question and it was easy to access the city via bus and subway. Highly recommend this location for a stay in Bilbao. ”
