“The property is in a cute historical town above a business walking distance to an ice cream shop and a library. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed and more including laundry, toiletries, full kitchen, and the most comfortable bed & pillows! Perfect spot to relax at the end of the day.”

“This location was perfect for us, out in the county but less than 10 minute drive to every place we needed to go to. Extremely clean and quiet area with a large kitchen area and plenty of space to spread out if you want to. Will be staying there again next year when we visit this area to see friends.”

“This property is beautifully renovated and modern. The bedding and blankets were quite cozy. I was able to use the kitchen a bit and found it nicely stocked. Communication with Dianne was exceptional, she was super flexible allowing me to check in a bit early. The location is fantastic. Walkable to restaurants, coffee, retail, and bars was a huge plus. I look forward to staying here in the future! Note: there is some outside noise with the train and fire station nearby, but easy to tune……

“It was my first time in Dayton, so I wasn’t familiar with the city. Initially, I was a bit concerned when I arrived, but after spending three days there, I realized the entire city looked pretty much the same. I felt completely comfortable. The neighborhood mainly consisted of families and was very quiet, making me feel safe. The apartment was clean and recently remodeled. The host was very helpful and responsive, and I appreciated that no high fees were associated. The only thing I think is……

“The apartment is clean and well designed. However the AC broke the 2nd night of my 4 night stay. I reported it to the host. They said they coupd either get a portable unit or I could vacate and they would refund me my last 2 nights. So I chose to vacate. I have message details from the host saying they will refund, I also have video and pic's proving that the AC wasn't working. But now the host is refusing to refund me. I am apparently the second guest to have this issue. seconperson ”
