“The apartment is clean and well designed. However the AC broke the 2nd night of my 4 night stay. I reported it to the host. They said they coupd either get a portable unit or I could vacate and they would refund me my last 2 nights. So I chose to vacate. I have message details from the host saying they will refund, I also have video and pic's proving that the AC wasn't working. But now the host is refusing to refund me. I am apparently the second guest to have this issue. seconperson ”

“A pretty nice place. Obviously, not new build but I saw few signs of structural issues. Clean, well organized. We were there during the recent "week of rain" so although the yard wasn't really used, it was quite nice. A great space in proper weather. Very good location. Easy walk to downtown.
