“Ari and Mark did a wonderful job making us feel welcome at their cute bed and breakfast. The location is convenient to the downtown area of Sayville and the train stop. The amenities were comfortable, clean, and tidy and the bathroom had lots of hot water at a good water pressure. Each morning, we enjoyed the good conversation and continental style breakfast, especially the baked goods. The items on the extended breakfast menu were very delicious as well. We plan on staying there the next time……

“This house was very nice, as pictured or better. Clean, no issues checking in or out. Wagon was there as promised, more bikes than promised, lots of beach towels and chairs provided. “The mansion is beautiful, with large rooms in the upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were a bit small and a bit Spartan.
