New property we went to was clean to the average eye, but as being a General Contractor who specializes in remodels, it was clear this property just went under a very poorly or even cheap update. Work was not completed in some areas, interior paint was poorly done, floors unlevel, closet shelves not fully installed, uneven cabinets in kitchen, vent hood non filtered. We……
