“The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was there to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was delicious and nothing was missing, we had everything we could have asked for. ”

“We love Avid Hotel Hays. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. This particular room did have an issue with the door. It was extremely difficult to open plus, you needed to slam it to close it. The shower door also did not have any handles on it.”
