“We very much enjoyed this peaceful retreat. The guesthouse is in a safe and quiet but walkable neighborhood, tucked back from the street and in a lovely garden setting. Inside, it’s beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed including an electric teakettle—something we use at home and usually miss when we are away from home. “This lovely place sits On the water and has views of Mt. Rainier from every room. We had a wonderful peaceful stay and would certainly be back! If you are a water-sports fan the private dock, canoe and paddle boards will make you happy!”

“We were very impressed with the beekeeper’s cottage. It was beautifully decorated, easy to get to, and had just about everything we needed. We got in late at night after a concert and were able to park in our designated spot and get to the cottage easily. We were greeted with a lovely welcome note, a bottle of wine, honey products, some candies, and coupons for local shops. We spent most of our days out on the town and didn’t get to meet our hosts but we could tell just how much thought and love……

“Great house right on the water! We lived outside on the deck and could go back and forth all day to and from the water. The kayaks and beach chairs were a thoughtful added bonus. Sleeps 8 people very comfortably. Will definitely book again!”

“This house was in the perfect location for us. Easy to walk or drive to many food/drink options, many trails/parks/beaches within 30-45min drives. Yes it’s next to a brewery, but we were there on a holiday weekend and barely heard any noise from it (and they had great cider). House had everything we needed to relax between adventures and it was easy to come and go as needed. ”
