“Don’t be put off by the prospect of on street parking. There was always easy parking one street above. Note that property is not an address found easily from the street and you must access by the alley, which is easy peasy. Also note, that if you’d like to sleep in the “occasional” use of the office space below the apartment is used everyday and phone conversations can clearly be overheard in the bedroom. For those sensitive to sleeping with any light, there is a sky light directly over the bed.……

“Its inside of property is so beautiful and totally clean. After the business of downtown Seattle, we come back to Alki this home and walk around Alki beach everyday. This home makes us comfy and relax. Especially, seaside view from on the top floor was marvelous!! You should stay at this home!!”
