“This was a great experience. We will be back. Everything was perfect. The valet service was so easy and their customer service was great. One tip— Using the unit key code entry was the only thing that we had to figure out…you have to “wake up” the key pad so when you enter the first number of the sequence it doesn’t actually work, it just wakes it up, then you enter it. Not a big deal and the ONLY negative thing, which is not a big deal at all—but hoping it helps the next person. Thanks……

“This OTR apartment is located within walking distance to a month’s worth of bars, restaurants and shops. It was clean, comfortable, stylishly decorated and well equipped with thoughtful amenities. There was no noticeable street noise during our stay. Street parking can be a pain but the unit comes with a parking pass at a nearby (2 min walk) garage that makes the best out of the situation. “The code we were given did not work so we had to call to get a new code. This was only a minor hiccup as the host was easy to communicate with and got us right in. The home was as advertised and convenient to the University. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus. ”

“My husband and I stayed here with our children ages 0-10. This apartment had everything we needed and the host was very helpful and communicative. The provided high chair, pack n play, step stool, and video games were a bonus.The kitchen has been recently updated and was a pleasure to cook in. Do bring all your own spices/ingredients/storage solutions, but the pans, utensils, and dishes were well equipped and in good shape. “This unit has a great downtown location if you're looking to be in the heart of the action—but be aware that weekend noise is intense, with partying well into the night. Light sleepers, bring earplugs.The condition of the unit leaves a lot to be desired. The main door has a visible gap at the top, which not only lets in outdoor light but raises security and comfort concerns. We also spotted two roaches during our stay, which unfortunately suggests there could be more.There’s a real lack of……

“We had a great stay at this apartment! We were there for four full days, and it provided a great home base for us as we checked out Cincinnati for the first time. The bed is enormous and very comfortable, and the whole place is quite spacious so we never felt cramped. It’s in a sort of quiet location, but it’s very easy to access everything and we were able to park right in front of the house. We would definitely stay her again!”
