“The apartment is indeed cozy and well kept. You gotta love trains though. Trains pass by all day and blow their horns. ”

“My friends and I stayed at this property for my bachelor party and we had an amazing time. We also understood that this could make renters nervous, but we took great care of the poperty and cleaned as necessary. ”

“We stayed for a few days while we visited Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. The property was in a great location. We were less than 15 minutes from the Cincinnati Zoo, Aquarium, and the hospital. I was very happy to have a driveway off the road to park in.The space was very clean and offered a stocked kitchen and an open living room for our kids to play and crawl around. The kids were able to have their own room and I was able to work from the built-in office. We will be returning to this property……

“It was ok it was as hard to get in touch with host at first but when I did she was helpful. Clean space but it’s out dated for me. Nice area if u like quiet and duck off. I said it was good for the price and location. ”

“The place was exactly as advertised and what we were looking for. It was clean and came with everything we needed. The area was great. It was easily walkable with things to do and great places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. The information packet that was provided was very nice and we liked the fact it showed how far things were whether you were driving or walking. Charles was very responsive and so easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.”

“We loved our stay and will keep this listing at the top of our list for future visits. The communication with the owner was excellent, check in was flawless, and the facility was clean, bright and welcoming with great views of the city! The beds were comfortable and the whole place was well appointed. The stairs to get up the place are a bit narrow and it is 3 flights up but definitely not a deterrent. Having a designated parking spot was a HUGE bonus for being in the city. Highly recommend! ”

“Great location, just steps from the Connector to downtown Cincy. Room was nice and the bed was super comfy. Communication with host was excellent, very accommodating. Balcony saved us from evening rain and allowed us to sit and enjoy the warmer weather!”

“We had an amazing stay. We had 8 people stay we did have to use2 air mattress which worked out just fine because there was plenty or room to set them up. I choose it because there were also 2 bathrooms which is hard to come by in Cincinnati. This home would be a perfect stay for 3 couples or a family with 2 or 3 kids. ”
