“I was looking for a place to stay that was close to my kids and the venue. This was a perfect location. Everytime we come home to Cincinnati it’s always a whirlwind and always a great time. This is a very convenient location for all we had going on. Thank you Seth for being such a great host!”

“We loved the house and especially the location because we could walk to HP Square for coffee. My son walked to a friends house on Observatory and was able to get his required amount of exercise! The only changes you might make would be to add grab bars in the shower and unstick the front door! Otherwise .- perfect!”

“The Hyde Park was way bigger than I expected. Everyone in the complex was super nice. Patio was great in evening with glass of wine to just relax. Great park across the street and excellent walking path nearby.”

“We live pretty locally, but needed to get out of our house while some work was being done. We were somewhat familiar with Cartridge Brewing - so we were excited to stay there. Having lived in lofts in the past, I will say this is one of the better lofts I've stayed in. We had fun and enjoyed great food at the brewery.”

“Cincinnati is a half way point for the cousins, so we decided to meet up and stay at this great place. It was perfectly located close to everything we wanted to do for the weekend. Host was nice and easy to work with. The stairs were a little steep for my 80 year old mother but the listing showed us that there were stairs. The decor was great. Beds were very comfortable but bring your own pillow. There is a lot of traffic in this area and you have to park on the street but it was very convenient……

“The property was in a great location and host was very responsive. I could have used some directions on how to lock and unlock doors prior to arrival but host was helpful when I asked for directions. The baseboard heat was on in the kitchen, making it hard to sit in one seat of the table. The window ac unit right near it was helpful to keep the place cool.”

“The space and location were perfect for walking to our son’s home and coffee shop in Hyde Park. If you are a shopper, everything you need is up the street. At first, we were concerned about no driveway parking but always found on street parking without trouble. We stayed a week and would return to this location. The management group responded quickly to any questions I had.”
