“We loved staying here. We were in town for the Kentucky Historic Preservation Conference and it seemed perfect to stay in a historic building. The old bricks and tin ceilings were well preserved and blended well with the modern amenities. The room was spotless and well appointed. The communication from the host was excellent. “Good value. All 1 bedroom apartments. 1 is first floor, 3&4 are second floor. Owner switched us to unit 1. Plenty of heat from radiators, had to open window to adjust.Fully equipped, except no hair dryer. Located in nice old residential neighborhood. Seemed very safe.Parking in back of street was plus. Heard train whistle evening and morning but didn’t wake us up. Very convenient access to I-75. No restaurants or shops close by (walking).”
