“This property was impeccably cleaned and hands down, one of the coolest places we have ever stayed in. It was better than described! The location is incredible. You are close to everything but in your own community at the unit. The onsite brewery was fantastic! Beds were clean, linens provided, kitchen was well supplied and a washer and dryer is in the unit. The communication with the property manager was immediate. We had a blast at Kings Island and would definitely recommend this rental to……

“We had such a great mid-week vacay here. It was located 20 minutes away from just about everything big in the area (Cincinnati, Dayton, and Kings Island). Great options for food and shopping as well. The property was BEAUTIFUL! Home to probably my favorite shower I’ve ever showered! The owner was also really friendly!!”

“This was a great place to stay and my kids loved it. The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick and easy breakfasts and snacks. The area was quiet and we had no issue with noise. Ww had a hiccup at checkin, through no fault of the rental company, and they worked quickly and efficiently to make sure our trip got back on track after a long day of travel! Having the brewery next door for meals and relaxing was juat the cherry on top. My kids and I would happily stay there again our next……

“Such a cool space. Very “urban industrial chic”! Well appointed with coffee Kcups, detergents, shower essentials, etc. The building has quite the history - great repurposing of the building. The attached brewery was lot of fun with good food and drinks!Overall, a lovely visit!”

“Having never stayed at a VRBO, we were impressed by our first stay. Everything was as advertised on VRBO. The apartment was very clean. We did have a coffee pot problem. Our host Adrianah was very quick to respond, and we had a replacement coffee pot that same day. The only thing I would update in the apartment is the couch. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again. Nice area with plenty of restaurants. ”

“Went for a short getaway with lots of biking and running. This place was amazing. Close to the Miami River, which leads you to Cincinnati and North to Dayton. Lots of pubs and eateries close. The place was in amazing shape with everything we needed. Was extremely quiet and walking distance to everything you need. Will be back!”
