We are from a rural area, so sitting on a front porch of a little street and having neighbors so near (the houses' roofs were almost touching!) was a true novelty for us and exactly the experience we were looking for on this trip to visit the Ark. “Older Clifton home but super close to the University of Cincinnati! Mark was quick to respond and the house was very clean! Gayle did a great job prepping the home and we walked in with it smelling great! Would have been tricky with a house full to capacity with only 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen but it was perfect for our family to get together for my daughter’s graduation! Thank you for letting us stay in your home! I would definitely rent again! ”

“Had a group of friends come stay in Cinci for Cubs Reds game, this was a great location for us and in a nice location with plenty to walk to. Parking was a little tight but we knew this going into the trip. Host was responsive and attentive, providing us with suggestions and plenty of information. Check out was amazing, I'm not a fan of having to semi clean a place when we are already paying a "cleaning fee" this was not the case. ”

“A great location for our family reunion in the Lebanon area, and we would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room in the house. Good places to eat nearby in Mason, including Two Cities Pizza and Culver's (a family favorite). Management was responsive to our requests, though balls for the foosball table were not going to arrive until after our departure. And thankfully, we were planning to eat most of our meals out, as this house had the least equipped kitchen we've encountered in our many……
