“We live pretty locally, but needed to get out of our house while some work was being done. We were somewhat familiar with Cartridge Brewing - so we were excited to stay there. Having lived in lofts in the past, I will say this is one of the better lofts I've stayed in. We had fun and enjoyed great food at the brewery.”

“The property was in a great location and host was very responsive. I could have used some directions on how to lock and unlock doors prior to arrival but host was helpful when I asked for directions. The baseboard heat was on in the kitchen, making it hard to sit in one seat of the table. The window ac unit right near it was helpful to keep the place cool.”

“Perfect distance for us away fromDowntown Cincy and close to venue for wedding (right in the middle). Highly recommend a stay in Milford. Nice town! ”

“This property was impeccably cleaned and hands down, one of the coolest places we have ever stayed in. It was better than described! The location is incredible. You are close to everything but in your own community at the unit. The onsite brewery was fantastic! Beds were clean, linens provided, kitchen was well supplied and a washer and dryer is in the unit. The communication with the property manager was immediate. We had a blast at Kings Island and would definitely recommend this rental to……

“The space worked for what we needed that weekend. Unfortunately, a few things occurred/noticed. They use credit card processing outside of VRBO and caused credit card to alert for fraud and not process easily. The yard had not been tended to in a while and was overgrown. The neighbors were a bit rough looking in nature cause for concern. Someone was smoking a lot of weed in the basement one night and property smelled. ”

“Came for friends son wedding at Ault Park. Convenient location. Property hard to find. No easy to find house number. Entrance is in the back. Up to 3rd floor in a stairway only 2’ wide and almost like an enclosed spiral staircase. Clean apartment except for finding 3 separate stink bugs about the size of my little finger. Place needs to be fumigated. Place had 1 metal chair to sit in. Place left us under the impression that we were in a college student rental. ”
