“The location is fantastic—just a mile from downtown Loveland, which we loved!However, we encountered a few issues that impacted our experience. The house could benefit from a deep clean; the floors felt sticky and had a noticeable dirtiness, and there was an old, musty smell that lingered throughout. Fortunately, we spent most of our time out and only used the house for sleeping and showering.Additionally, the two rooms on the east side lack curtains, which made it difficult to sleep due to the……

“Cutest neighborhood, very accessible. Darling property. Clean, updated. Comfortable bed and great bathroom. K-cup coffee pods and sweetener ready for the morning were a very nice touch. The only tricky thing was parking. The upper unit shares a parking space in the driveway, so only one car can park in the driveway unless you can coordinate. Street parking was not hard, but just something to be aware of.”

“The surrounding area felt a little unsafe, particularly at night. Wifi was not very strong. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the furniture seemed a bit old. The water dispenser on the fridge didn't work. However the kitchen and bed were pretty nice. It worked for what we (young married couple) needed for a short visit, but it was not glamorous. The owner was pretty responsive, even at odd hours. Check-in was easy enough, but the check-out process was unclear as we did not receive……

“Quiet neighborhood but not a far drive from anything you’d want to do or see in the city. Good property. Could use a couple finishing touches but overall we were happy with our stay and the property manager. ”

“The space worked for what we needed that weekend. Unfortunately, a few things occurred/noticed. They use credit card processing outside of VRBO and caused credit card to alert for fraud and not process easily. The yard had not been tended to in a while and was overgrown. The neighbors were a bit rough looking in nature cause for concern. Someone was smoking a lot of weed in the basement one night and property smelled. ”
