“My daughter attends Notre Dame and this property is in extremely good proximity to campus. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Kevin was very communicative and easy to work with. Definitely would stay next time I am in town and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the South Bend area! ”

“This property was huge, it had more than enough space. It was very clean and near local restaurants. Less than a mile from a town square that featured local eateries, bars, breweries, beautiful river views, mintues from Notre Dame and grocery stores l. I would stay here every time I'm in south bend and recommend it to others, 10 out of 10!”

“Inside of the house was very clean and spacious. Kichen was very clean, bedrooms were clean and spacious. Outside of the house were not cleaned but I was satisfied with the house.”

“This place looks amazing and the vibes were so cozy and relaxing. Everything listed in the pictures was accurate. I definitely want to stay again in the warmer months because it did rain and snow a little so didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outdoors. Only thing I would say is that the water wasn’t very hot, but hey it wasn’t cold. The communication and property was lovely.”

The house was comfortable and our favorite spot was the front porch where we watched the buggies go by. Some folks even waved to us! Thank you, Michelle for a wonderful break from reality!”

“This trip was to spend time with my grandson during his spring break. The house was very comfortable and relaxing. We immediately felt at home. Everything we needed was easy to locate. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows. Movie watching on sofa was wonderful with plenty of soft blankets. The dining area was great for games as well as meals. So many little things were thought of for guests such as lotions, Q-tips, and night lights. I would definitely stay here again and recommend……

“We bring all of our grandkids down to see family in Niles every spring break. We have rented 3 other rentals in the area and this by far is our favorite! We had 7 kids and 3 adults with us this time and we were all so comfortable. We had a nice backyard for the kids to play and 2 living rooms where they could have their own space. The BEST thing is the cleanliness of this house! Its beyond clean with very comfortable beds. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. This will now be our go……
