“We love the Thunderhead Lodge and have stayed in many of the rooms. We love this place. The only thing I could say negative is that the pool is no longer 102 degrees. The heater doesn’t work as well and they’ve tried to fix it but it isn’t working still. It was about 92 degrees according to the owner who’s in a law suit with the company that fixed it. So hopefully they get it back to where it was because if it’s windy outside at all during the winter, it’s unbearable to go in.”

“The inside of the condo looks like a cabin and is really nice. The outside of the building looks dingy and unkept. The location is nice and walking distance to restaurants and the general store. There were a few issues: I found an old razor on the window sill in one of the bathrooms, they didn’t have an iron and ironing board even though I was told there was going to be one and no AC (they did provide fans).”

“We booked this condo so we could get our kids (9, 7) on skis for the first time. It was a convenient location, within walking distance to Ski Bowl and the restaurants in Government Camp. It is also a short drive to Timberline. The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient with plenty of kitchen items to make all meals and fun games and movies for family activities. ”

“We have been staying at the Grand Lodge for a while. It's a great place to stay at Government Camp but for the price, it needs to be luxury and quality wasn't quite there. Sheets on the master bedroom were oddly rough and wifi didn't really work so we had to do radical things like talk to each other and read books. “I liked the cabin charm of this house it it’s right in the middle of government camp. You can drive right up to the door to drop off/pick up which is very convenient. It was also easy to keep warm and the wood stove was a nice amenity. We enjoyed the charm of this place.
