It's relatively new and they are still working out some kinks.... e.g. the letter which informed us of the entry code was not clear on the sequence of steps needed to enter the residence. So we were locked out. Fortunately help was nearby and came quickly. But if we would have arrived in the late night it might have been bad. I think they are correcting their communications.”

“This place was a 20-30 minute drive to Zion so it’s super convenient. Air conditioned cool inside and nice shower made relaxing after the day in the park enjoyable. Lots of bearable instant coffee which was perfect for me. ”

“Best part is the location! Parking is a premium in Zion. This place has a reserved parking spot so all you have to do is grab a coffee at the next door and walk to the park. It’s only a 1/2 mile walk which was easier for us than taking the Springdale shuttle. Once at the visitor center you can take the NP shuttle to where you want to go. Another option is to rent an e-bike from the spot behind the VRBO and then go into the park that way. If we could do it again, we’d go the e-bike route. ……

“Appreciated easy check-in process with clear signage. Very clean, nicely appointed and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and supportive. Enjoyed the spaciousness and quiet night stay!”

“Nice quiet area very close to many parks and outdoor activities. HUGE living space with everything you need. Owners in the property were very quiet and to themselves. Though we did manage to run into them. And as a parting gift, they have us zucchinis the size of my lower leg, right from their garden. They were spectacular! Will definitely pick this home again. ”
