“Rented for Plymouth State Graduation. Very close to the school and perfect for a weekend. Quaint and small cottage, but worked well for us vs renting a hotel room. Really great porch which we could not use due to rain, but we would have if we could. Would be great if you had littles with the large grassy area for running around too. Very clean and communication with James was easy and he got back to me quickly. ”

“House has space galore! Throughout our stay the weather was hot and humid. We were happy to have air conditioning units set up throughout the house. Beware though, be careful not to overload the circuits! This was a family vaca to remember!”

“Our stay here was wonderful! The property is gorgeous, so much space to spread out for our yearly family vacation (32 of us!). The kitchen is amazing!! You’ll have anything and everything you would need to cook. The pool was great for the kids, the deck outside overlooking the pond is a great spot to relax with a drink and snacks. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, it was clean and really had everything we needed to enjoy hanging with our family. Highly recommend!!”

“This lovely home on the serene Chalk Pond was a great place to get away. The house is beautifully decorated, while still being practical. The fact that they allow dogs is a nice bonus. The house was clean, plenty of soft towels, and the beds were comfortable. The owner is very communicative and responsive to any issues. Highly recommend! ”

“This a fantastic rental. Located close to Mount Sunapee. It has a large cozy living room. A spacious kitche3n well stocked with cooking "equipment,". Plenty of beds. The pond out front looks a like a great place to have fire in the warmer weather. The Hosts Julie and Derek couldn't be more helpful and hospitable. . ”

“The cottage was as described and shown in the listing. On our first day we had issues with heat (both hot water and heating) but John was more than accommodating and had us shifted to another cottage immediately and he in fact bought us lunch for the inconvenience (thank you John!). Our second day of stay was perfect without issues. They have a private beach with boats which you can use. I would recommend booking with them directly.”
