“Building as whole was extremely run down and deteriorated. Property wasn't well maintained. Hallways weren't dirty and didn't smell pleasant. Room it self was fine. Decently clean and obviously remodled compared to the rest ofnthe building/property. ”

“The check-in process was easy. The house was beautiful and accommodated our family well. There was plenty of space for all of us. Communication with the host was easy, fast and efficient. “因为第二天要开4个多小时的车赶到纽约，所以当天找的是距离学校特别近的这家酒店。门脸不大，很容易错过，但是只要注意有那个洋葱标志，Onion Pub & Restaurant 就是了，就是提尔顿中学下来的左手路边。其实就是一个民宿，所以非常温馨，有家的感觉。店主人是夫妻俩，对人非常好非常热心，知道我们是来面试学校的，还给了很多建议，还和我们分享他们自己孩子的情况。他们家的餐厅晚餐味道也不错。”

“Cannot say enough positive things about our stay - we are so glad we found this listing.We came up for some hiking, fishing and just to take a much needed break with our kids. From our first inquiry, we were well looked after and had so much local help and knowledge planning our visit from the hosts. You can really tell Charlie and kayla care about guests having a great experience. We fished from the private dock and canoes - the local shop in Meredith, Fish Tails, had everything we needed to……

“This is a perfect spot for a little beach vacation. The beach was large enough to accommodate everyone, but small enough to feel cute and intimate. I wasn't expecting free use of a variety of boats, which was an amazing perk. My kids explored kayaking and paddle boarding, and they loved the swim platform. The unit itself was clean and updated. It used to be three separate units, so therefore we had three full bathrooms for our 3-bedroom - which was probably a bit more than we needed but still……

“Thanks so much for hosting us! we have been coming to squam for 20+ years and never stayed at the boulders. The space was great for the price and right on the lake. We had no issues whatsoever and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a cabin type weekend by the water. ”
