But when they come for morning coffee, they can be heard quite clearly. The manager is friendly and responsive. The bartender is top notch. The morning coffee is quite good as are the cookies! “The property and location were amazing. Super easy to get to and from different points in Kingston. Walkable area. Good parking direction from the host. There was a logistical mix up but they fixed that immediately. It would have been nice to have the sofa bed made up upon arrival or at least have extra linens in the suite, but I let them know via their text line, and they sent someone within an hour. The breakfast/coffee situation leaves quite a lot to be desired, but hopefully theyll work out……

“Wonderful old charming house renovated fully with great taste and top quality materials. The hosts are also a great couple who are pleasant, helpful and friendly. The town is very little like most towns in this area and had very little to offer for dining etc. but the proximity to Belleayre ski center (6 minutes) overcame that. We will come back for sure”

“Beautiful old house built in 1901. Owners made me feel most welcome. I was there for a Ski Instructor seminar and needed to get to Belleyre Mountain early and they accommodated me with an earlier than usual excellent breakfast. Very close to the mountain!”
