“This cute, comfortable cottage is a great home base to explore the Catskills in all directions. While we did not cook on this trip, the kitchen is well stocked with kitchen ware. The washer/dryer was a great help to refresh clothes for flying home. ”

“The property is just as described and pictured, and everything was in working order. The Owner is very quick to respond to any communication. Less than 10 min. to Bellaire Mountain, and with a fireplace, would make a nice cabin for winter weekend ski getaways. It is small... We were 2 adults and one child--- adults took the bedroom and the child on the futon in the living room. 2 Adults and 2 children would probably max the space; although more could fit it might not be very comfortable.……

“We visit this area every year and have stayed in many places. Library Lodge was as quaint and comfortable as they come. Many comforts & amenities are provided for. Beautiful kitchen and living space. Comfortable beds and showers. A reminder as I missed it when booking, but there are no traditional TVs here but a modern projector that you can stream from in the living room only. “My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. There is a bedroom and full bath upstairs and on the ground floor, which made it easy when getting ready in the morning. The living room and kitchen area was very comfortable.
