“Property was available when we said we would arrive and held our bags until the room was ready. The front door was always locked, so it was very safe and secure. They helped us navigate the city and the breakfast was delicious.”

Ottima la pulizia, colazione buona e staff gentile e disponibile. La posizione è molto comoda, con un ampio parcheggio e a circa 20-30 minuti dalle terme. Un piccolo suggerimento: sarebbe utile informare in anticipo gli ospiti sulla possibilità di effettuare il self check-in dopo un certo orario. ”

“I booked for six (4 adults and 2 children), when we arrived they only had accommodation for 4 (1 double bed and 2 singles) however the booking by Expedia confirmed 2 double beds and 2 single beds and accepted the booking for six occupants. They found 2 camp beds for my children which meant we had to squeeze 4 into one small room. Also we informed them we would arrive at 7 as recommended in the terms and conditions, however when we did arrive we had to wait outside for over half an hour to be……
