“I like the check in process, it was done virtually, however I think they have to mentioned that the code works at the time of check in. Although I like the smooth check in process, I do think some people with less familiarity with modern technology struggle with it because I helped a person for their check in, as the reception is not available 24/7. I would also like to mention that the hotel is close to nearby public bus, very convenient, room is clean but bedsheet can be improved. The customer……
