“一間充滿商業的酒店，重點是它只屬於1星酒店第一個問題，住宿3天，checkin的時候，發現房間內有很多問題，包括窗是有問題，而床下電線亦外露，所以沒有辦法，只好更換房間，前櫃服務員都十分好，立即協助更換，更換房間後，床下電線仍然外露，重點是不想太麻煩，所以沒有更換，但房間內贈送的水不見了，只好向前櫃服務員了解，當然服務員亦立即給了我，但不明白是，我是2人入往，為什麼只有一樽水贈送呢？第二個問題，房卡正常情況下，兩張都應該能夠使用，但第2天回酒店時，竟然發現有一張門卡不能開門，所以只好向前台服務員了解，他處理後就可以開了，但沒有解釋為什麼，到第3天回酒店時，竟然2張門卡都不能使用，只再次向服務員了解，他竟然說了應該無可能的，是否我將門卡放在電子擬器呢？我就覺得奇怪，我沒有什麼電子擬器的綜合以上各種問題，此酒店我只能說差，但最好就是近車站，交通方便”

“It’s a nice place to stay for one or two day, Good location, seems safe. Facilities good enough but it was quite noisy in this hostel. Room to room seems no Sound insulation. Staffs are nice, they give you help if you ask for it. Other then that everything are good enough. ”

“這次碰上大樓維修，電梯停用了！退房當天只能走臨時搭建、僅供單人通行的樓梯下樓。還好我們沒有帶大型行李，真是萬幸，感謝老天保佑！另外，建議大家自行準備毛巾，會比較安心喔！”

“Nice and comfy room in the gothic quarters, worked nicely as a base of operations in Barcelona! Super friendly and nice staff, got some nice suggestions for restaurants and beaches etc. Great location near the metro and bus stops, and the balcony at the top is also quite nice! Couple things (mostly about the app that is heavily integrated to the experience): - the web app that they use for checkins and opening doors etc is just bad (icnea). Unresponsive and unreliable, managed to open my door……

“整个西班牙订了那么多酒店中最糟糕的，被标题迷惑以为是套房，就算不是套房那面积还大，就算面积不大那还有独立的卫生间不是的，什么都没有，在一个居民楼里，我们提着箱子找了1到5楼，最后没办法一个个按门铃找到的，4-5间客房公用一个卫生间，淋浴房水还下不去，房间极小，体验感极差，感觉十分不安全，原本付了2晚钱，果断第二晚重新找酒店订了；酒店服务更差，已提早写邮件大约晚上7点到，打电话过去工作人员表示不知道，并且让我到他们办公室拿钥匙，我说我刚到马德里，大包小包行李能不能送过来，工作人员说她不会送过来，最后提着行李去找办公室，花了1个多小时时间，从我们7点到酒店到最后入住是晚上10点，身心疲惫；无论从工作人员的态度和入住的体验感上，都十分让人不适，让我们在马德里的第一天十分不愉快，强烈不推荐这个酒店”
