“Property worked very well for our family of 7 adults and one infant. Plenty of beds and 2.5 baths worked well. Plenty of space to visit and play cards. Marc was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is in a wonderful, safe location. We could not have had a better trip! ”

Antonio is a great host, he met us at the apartment, and was very quick to respond to questions before and during our stay.A good location to visit the city, however the big downside is a lot of noise, both from other residents in the building and from the street, which goes on well into the night and starts up very early morning. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Pedro was such a charming host and carried our very heavy bag up to the apartment. The location is perfect, the beds were comfortable, the temperature was nice and cool during some very hot days in Madrid, and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy family time. We did not mind the four flights of stairs, but we walk and hike regularly. It was also easy to catch a taxi out front. We really enjoyed looking down at all the action from the balcony. Thank you……

“Die Wohnung war super. Es war sauber und alles da was man braucht. Wir hatten ca 15 min bis zur Altstadt gebraucht. Um die Ecke sind zwei Supermärkte wo man alles nötige bekommt. Ich würde sie immer wieder nehmen. ”

“Proche du centre historique. Logement avec peu de fenetre, a part des lucarnes dans la chambre (partiellement caché par des stores) et dans salle de bain. Propreté limite (odeur desagreable, et cafard). Store cassé, verre dépareillé. Heureusement il est proche de tout, avec les conseil de l hote pour les restaurants, c est les seuls points positif. ”

“This is our second time staying here and it still never disappoints.Check in is smooth with the benefit of a lockbox As always the accommodation is in a beautiful setting, very well equipped and maintained. The added benefit of the penthouse allows a peaceful/private relaxation in the sun. The new outdoor furniture was also a lovely addition. It always feels like home from home, only much better weather!We had some unexpected plumbing issues that were dealt with promptly and had excellent……
