“Location, location, location !!! This is probably one of the best locations in Madrid. Everything is walkable distance: la gran via, museums, shopping, restaurants, metro, bus stations, etc. Extremely convenient, clean, cozy, and comfortable, I'd stay here any time. ”

“整个西班牙订了那么多酒店中最糟糕的，被标题迷惑以为是套房，就算不是套房那面积还大，就算面积不大那还有独立的卫生间 不是的，什么都没有，在一个居民楼里，我们提着箱子找了1到5楼，最后没办法一个个按门铃找到的，4-5间客房公用一个卫生间，淋浴房水还下不去，房间极小，体验感极差，感觉十分不安全，原本付了2晚钱，果断第二晚重新找酒店订了； 酒店服务更差，已提早写邮件大约晚上7点到，打电话过去工作人员表示不知道，并且让我到他们办公室拿钥匙，我说我刚到马德里，大包小包行李能不能送过来，工作人员说她不会送过来，最后提着行李去找办公室，花了1个多小时时间，从我们7点到酒店到最后入住是晚上10点，身心疲惫； 无论从工作人员的态度和入住的体验感上，都十分让人不适，让我们在马德里的第一天十分不愉快，强烈不推荐这个酒店”

“Muy mala atención de parte del personal, tuve problema con el Aire acondicionado y nunca solucionaron. La entrada huele feo, se fue electricidad solo en el hotel...solo es buena la Ubicación. No iria de nuevo”

“Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura.……

“This is a self check-in hotel. There is no staff in site. If you book with Hotels.com be sure to directly contact the property prior to the day you check in. Otherwise, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area close to the Metro. I needed just one night at a cheap hotel not far from the airport. This was perfect. ”
