“Great spot. Deborah was excellent to work with on any concerns we had. Safe tidy development with nice view of canal from our large balcony . Deborah is making improvements to make condo even better. Gated community made you feel secure.Short walk to nice beach was enjoyable. Ice pool which we rarely had to share..Would go back”

“During our stay the jacuzzi did not operate so the water temperature was not warm. The property manager did send the plumber out, but the repair was not completed during our stay. Other than that (important because we selected that property knowing the weather would not be warm for swimming and I misread and thought both the pool and jacuzzi were heated) we enjoyed the property. ”

Literally off grid- no:internet,phones limited to local only, after snorkelers leave for the day you literally are alone( except a grounds keeper who lives there)there is no one for miles Closest place to Stuart Coves Tiger shark dives without playing three times more at old Bahama bay. this is a cabin on the beach with fantastic snorkeling,sunsets, and starry nights. Only caution is the noseeums- TAKE A BUG REPELLENT.”

“We own a property close by but had the entire family visiting. Need the extra bedrooms. For that purpose it was fine. We really only slept and had coffee in the morning other than that we were at our own property. Fridge is a bit rusted but was clean. Communication was good so complaints. ”
