“My husband and I love the old west era so we were thrilled to have stayed in this cool stagecoach cabin. We were only there for one night, but we had everything we needed. There were plenty of blankets and a propane heater that came in handy since the temperature dropped into the 40s. The motion censored, solar power lights were great since this cabin is off the grid and the bathroom is in the outhouse. “Little Motel nestled in the center of a small mountain town. Walking distance to a Pizza place(fair) and a bar and grill(very good). Grocery store across the street, very nice owner. I see a lot of reviews talking about the angry store owner, but we experienced great hospitality. The Motel has no check in(not a problem), they text you a code for your room and the front desk. Most of the time nobody but the cleaner is onsite, was not an issue for us. The front desk has chips, frozen hot pockets,……

Thoughtful details were provided- tea and coffee (including decaf), snacks,; shops 10 minutes away, but home was out in the peace and quiet of the country with sweeping views. Near to the beauty of the Grand Mesa. A few additional things would make it more manageable and safer for elderly and disabled persons such as grab bars in the shower. ”
