“We loved every minute of our trip it is a short distance to Downtown Grand Marais and lots of hiking around. Had campfires every night. Actually saw a a Black Bear walking 20-30 yards away in the woods. It is incredibly rare to see one and it saw us and immediately ran off. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to reconnect with nature and also sleep in a very comfortable bed. This is. The place for you.”

“The cabin was so great for me, my partner, and our dog. It had very nice living and sleeping spaces with everything you may need for cooking and cleaning essentials. They even had a treat basket for our dog! Little to say, this was a relaxing getaway where you can disconnect and enjoy the north shore. ”

“Awesome views, very clean. Beach lounge chairs are provided by Palm Bay, but they don’t provide umbrellas, you can rent one at the beach, around 28. We got lucky and there was a beach umbrella in the closet along with beach toys and kid floats. There were only a couple of small issues that are not real issues, more of an inconveniences. No paper towels, no salt n pepper and no grill utensils. These were fixed with a quick Instacart order and we didn’t miss a beat. We will definitely stay here……
