“The hotel lobby is really nice. We had a two bedroom suite and it was disgusting. So dirty under the dishwasher and stove, bathroom floors, carpets, and couch in room. I get that families stay in those sites a lot but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The bed was clean but we didn’t want to touch anything else.”

“Room was very unclean. Feces on the toilet seat underside and top of seat. Granted a new room. It was much better. However for example the bathroom floors had significant dirt/muck build up in the corners. Dishwasher contained dirty dishes (someone forgot to turn it on even though the sticker said they were clean and sanitized. Clearly only surface cleaning is done. With Covid that is worrisome. Very limited kitchen utensils, etc were available. Wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't stay in this……
