“If you are looking for something simple, modest, and carefree...this is great choice.If you are looking for bougie and fancy, This is not the place for you. There were 12 of us. Ages 1 month- 70 years. We stayed in tents and 2 cabins. Had a great time! Will be back!”

“We would stay here again. We had to be in Toledo for an event and just needed a place to sleep. We arrived at 9:30pm and left by 7:30am. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was easy to find. It was clean. We used the fridge and washing machine. The neighbor was kind when I was having difficulty with access and offered to call the owner. I was able to reach him through VRBO and he was able to get us in. ”

“This was by far the nicest VRBO property we have ever stayed at. So clean, well cared for and it had every supply and amenity you could need. The views out the windows were beautiful. “We stayed overnight after dinner and a show. It was located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking spaces. It is an small older ranch home. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice sized bathroom. The sofa was comfortable for us to lounge and chat (may need a good cleaning and a few comfortable throw pillows). Wine glasses may be a nice addition to the kitchen. It was a very quick stay.”

“Our stay at Riverwood was great. It’s a nice place to just relax and enjoy the scenery. Parker and Kathy are great hosts and made sure our stay was fun and relaxing. We took a boat out and utilized the complementary bikes. We will definitely be back. Having just a little phone service helped us to detach as well but the WiFi was still available. ”
