“The hotel is on Mentor Avenue, which is very busy. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly. While hotel coffee is seldom great, this coffee was sub-standard. I took a 5-minute walk to get a decent cup in the morning. The hotel breakfast isn't great -- the pastries tasted stale. At the in-house restaurant, I ordered a salad. When served, it was missing most of the ingredents but they did not offer me a reduced prices. So, the hotel is decent, but the coffee and food are sub-par.……

“I did not think the breakfast was good. The eggs tasted like fake eggs, the potatoes needed to be cooked more, and why isn’t there a do it yourself waffle iron? I was pleased there was apple juice. My room Seemed clean. Could the area in the bathroom above the backsplash and the bottom of the mirror get cleaned? There is toothpaste residue all over that area. ”

“Well the place has been under construction and I actually had to mop my room cuz it was Footprints everywhere there was no towels I had to go to the front desk and get them”

“It was a nice stay. The room was clean. I stayed in a bottom floor king room which was nice and convenient. The only issue I had was the shower curtain was very dirty which isn't a huge deal for me. Everything else was clean. It was a comfortable stay for the price it was. The heater worked like no other. It got very hot in the room so I switched to A.C and that worked very well too. I would stay here again. I did enjoy my stay very much. I appreciate the housekeeping lady. She was very nice……

“A very unique property that is a mix of a VRBO and a smaller boutique hotel. It is part of a special event venue with two buildings surrounded by gorgeous grounds. There were 9 rooms oriented around a common great room with a full kitchen, huge dining table, fireplaces, couches and to my grandchildren’s delight, several arcade games, foosball table and air hockey! We loved our short stay and would highly recommend it to others.We had two rooms and were the only guests that night. This would……

“Check in was very easy and quick. The room was clean. I was surprised there was a refrigerator. Night was quiet. Only downfall, eventually to be a good thing, is they are doing some remodeling which creates some noise. Not severe and makes the hotel look not so good because of the remodeling. Overall very pleased with my stay. ”
