“My husband and I along with our two daughters and pups really enjoyed our stay! The house was well maintained and very clean. It has the best lake views out the large living room windows. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and making s’mores around the fire pit. The beds were very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms have great showers. “We enjoyed a lovely, sunny, warm weekend relaxing on the deck listening to the waves roll in. We saw a few eagles and even caught an oriole's annual visit! We tried to fish, but not much luck... I appreciated the fresh flowers both inside and outside! The sitting room with a coffee/tea bar off the master suite was perfect...especially since it opened up to a private balcony with chairs to enjoy the fresh air. The hot tub turned out to be perfect after our bike ride in Cuyahoga National Park on……

We stayed a week as our floors were being refinished in our own home and the owners took care great care in making our stay quite lovely. “Property management was amazing and fast to reply. Very clean and super comfortable. Shower handle seized up and they had a maintenance man there within the hour and had it fixed with in two hours. Cleaning people stopped by weekly to see if we needed anything since we stayed for over three weeks.10 out of 10 hands down! Will definitely be renting from one of their many properties again!”

“The hotel is on Mentor Avenue, which is very busy. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly. While hotel coffee is seldom great, this coffee was sub-standard. I took a 5-minute walk to get a decent cup in the morning. The hotel breakfast isn't great -- the pastries tasted stale. At the in-house restaurant, I ordered a salad. When served, it was missing most of the ingredents but they did not offer me a reduced prices. So, the hotel is decent, but the coffee and food are sub-par.……
