“The house was very clean. It shiws it was newly remodeled. I loved the flooring throughout the house. It was very comfortable and clean. The bed was super comfy. I dont know when I slept that good. The views were outstanding.”

“Exceptionally Clean. The location, view was spectacular just steps away from the beach. Has everything tou need to cook with. The shower heads could use a update, and the fireplace didn't work which was a bummer because it was chilly. Overall very nice place to stay. Would definitely go back!”

“This was the perfect location for a "Girls' Weekend". There were three of us and the 2 bedrooms upstairs plus the sofa bed downstairs was exactly what worked for us. The view of the ocean from the living room was (plus the deck) what's perfect! Lots of amenities and everything we needed to make this a perfect weekend get together! It was also close to every place we wanted to go in Lincoln City. I highly recommend it!”

“The place was nice and clean. We could see the ocean from the room. The amenities aren’t the best. The hot tub jets have no pressure and it was dirty but the beach access was great. They have faucets set up around the complex to rinse the sand off. ”

“As with everything there are good and bad…Let’s start with the bad. If you are looking for something that is quiet with no neighbor noise this might not be your place. You can hear every foot step from yup stair but in fairness the people below us probably heard us as well. The building is rather old. The stairs coming up need to be vacuumed bad there is lots of pet hair on them. The hot tub wasn’t working, but they gave us ample warning and a chance to cancel if we wanted. Which was really……
