“New bed that was the worst bed I have ever slept on. I actually wanted to leave. The pull out futon was dirty with dog hair, bedding smells like wet dog. Plug in by TV coffee pot was not working. So no not a good stay. Nebors dogs cried, people in hall were loud. You can hear everything outside the rooms. Someone was smoking outside by the doors. And someone on the patio was smoking on back patio. ”

“When we arrived everything seemed fine until we tried to open or close the patio door. It was a major struggle either way. The floors looked fine until we took our shoes off and the floors were very sandy. We hadnt' been on the beach yet, so we swept it. There were 2 of us for 3 nights with only one bath towel. We were brought more once we contacted Vasaca. We found that there is no ice machine on site and no ice trays in the freezer. The only good thing about our room was the view and being……

“Checked in Friday night and noticed immediately that the knob to turn on the fire place was missing so we could not use it. Contacted Vacasa customer service and the fireplace was fixed right away. Great communication with the agent. Very much appreciated it. ”

“Patty was excellent. She communicated with me and was so kind. The unit was extremely clean. And I have never stayed anywhere before where I could take five steps from my patio, walk down a few stairs and be on the beach. Excellent location. ”

“The bed is not comfortable. Every night we would get whiffs of Natural Gas even thought the fire place was shut off. The room as HOT! No windows fo open but the sliding glass door to open, but didn’t feel safe sleeping with it open. A couple fans would have been nice. The 10 digit code to get the door locked was a bit much. A shorter one or the option of a key would have been nice. Otherwise the place was clean. Only briefly heard neighbors being loud, but didn’t last long. ”

“Gtrat location just a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Mattress not comfortable, was quite hard hence 4 out of 5 overall. ”

“Small but clean, nice fireplace and a small veranda to the sea. For the money, we were very satisfied and would stay there again.”
