“This is a very basic apartment and has a very odd damp/mouldy/unaired smell on entering & a little dusty but it was fine & had everything you could need for a short break including an iron & board, hairdryer and kitchen equipment including a coffee maker, toaster & microwave. It was quite small but was enough for 2 adults & a teen. Parking was included & the car was outside the apartment so easy access & secure. Fabulous communication and easy access to keys etc and we were given entry 2 hrs……

“This is a charming converted chateau. close to Saint-Omer and the A26, and not far from Calais and the Channel Tunnel. The property is in a very quiet rural location, with ample parking. Staff were most helpful and the rooms have character. The restaurant is not open on Sundays but delicious snacks are available from the bar. Recommended”

“There's a reason I have stayed here 3 times and hope to return many more in the future. I just love this Chateau. The building is so stately and gorgeous without being pompous. The rooms are super spacious and well decorated. And forget all that, the food in the restaurant (set menu with 4/5 choices at each course) is absolutely superb. Should have Michelin stars and extremely reasonable pricing considering! You are also surrounded by nature here - I currently sitting in bed with the……

“Our hostess, Sophie has been excellent with local places of interest including some local restaurants. Our “villa” was very comfortable and fresh with a queen sized bed. Our stay was made very enjoyable, even the local patisserie/boulangerie were welcoming. We even bought some of Sophie’s porcelain ”

“My wife and I have been visiting Hotel St. Louis over a number of years and have never been dis-appointed. It is convenient to Channel Ferries and has safe parking. The staff are very helpful and dinner presentation and food excellent. Breakfast was also good value. Main wing of Hotel also has a lift to all floors. ”
