“We arrived for our 4pm check in. The lock box with the key was empty. There was no one around to help. Over an hour later a maintenance worker told us to go to the unit and he would let us in. To our surprise there was someone else already in the property. They rebooked us in another home 16 minutes away from the location we picked. “We stayed here for a weekend to see a few concerts coming through Columbus. It was a perfect spot near our venues and there were a lot of restaurant options on the main road.The unit itself was pretty spacious and comfortable for 2 people. We did not use the laundry during our stay but the shower and bathroom were super nice.
