“Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. ”

“14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!”

“This was a perfect home to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday with our three daughter’s and their families. It had everything one needed. There was ample space for the four grandchildren, ages 6-9, to spread out to play and for the adults to gather for quality sibling time. Communication was excellent with Susan and very prompt. We created wonderful family memories and hope to come back when the entire grounds can be enjoyed. It is very convenient to many things.”
