“We are in love with Miner's Cabin! At first, it was a little disorienting for us because it was a new area of Placerville that we hadn't experienced. However, it just took about 2 seconds and we fell head over heels. The property is meticulous and the hosts are accommodating yet allow you all the space you need to feel like you're home. The horses and the chickens, are great, but the special little sitting areas and the water lily pond felt like heaven. We can't wait to go back.”

“Sadly, our trip was disrupted by the fires with heavy smoke in the area and Lassen NP closed on the day of our arrival, which was why we came to the area. So we had to leave next morning due to smoke and poor air quality and didn't get to check out the town or area at all. Tanya, the property manager, was responsive and helpful in facilitating communication with the owner, Nicholas. ”

“Spent 4 days in Granite Bay celebrating my brother’s life. Lots of family and friends were in town and everyone loved the house that we had found on VRBO. Perfect location close to the Folsom Lake county park, grocery stores and where the memorial services were. Great backyard for bird watching and hanging out. Eli kept in contact with us the whole time. Easy check in and check out. Four cars fit in the driveway without a problem.”

Owners are clearly very thoughtful and concenred about their guests' happiness. Great wifi with mesh network throughout the large home so I was able to work anywhere.
