“The house appears to be a cheaply done flip. On the surface, it looked nice enough, but buyer beware, the bones need to be fixed. Multiple electrical outlets are non-functional, the floors are uneven, and the grout in the showers is already failing. Yes, the hose is up for sale. ”

“This Vrbo is a small apartment in the back of a very cute CA Craftsman home.It is centrally located and you can walk anywhere in mid-town Sacramento.It has good WiFi, a small fridge and a microwave which were perfect for my needs.It is an older home 19th century home and has some quirks and challenges which ultimately does not take away from its charm.I look forward to staying there again! ”

“First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if……
