“Overall, I thought the stay there was okay. The complaint I have was that when it came to taking a shower, I couldn't adjust the water temperature. The water was purely hot only, and the faucet wouldn't allow me to adjust temperature, thus I wound up not taking as complete of a shower as I would have otherwise because of the water being excessively hot.”

“The Grand Hotel was pretty quiet during our stay. Sad to find out all the renovations happening, but looking forward to seeing what the new improved amenities will be like. ”

“It was not a great area the place was extremely dated and our room stunk. We would never stay again. The girl Jocelyn at the front desk was very sweet and helpful but she was the only plus to the whole experience. If I would not have pre paid I would have walked out. ”

“Front desk lady was very rude. We were a huge inconvenience for her when checking in. We were lucky we got there when we did as the front desk also closed at 10 pm for the night. Our room had a terrible smell but we were already moved once because they gave us a queen size bed the first time when i had booked a king. i didn't want to inconvenience the front desk lady again. The room had zero amenities. Asked for glasses and an ice maker and there was none available at the property. Bed……
