“This was an exceptional spacious lake house with fantastic views of Otis reservoir! Clean clear water. You can walk down to the dock. We saw a bald eagle from the large deck. We were 9 adults, and we all had plenty of space with everything we needed! Lots of hiking spots nearby. ”

“This is such a great property, I spent a whole month with three separate stays adjacent due to travel planning and the host was wonderful. The house is really beautiful and in a great neighborhood and it’s very comfortable and super clean. This will be a regular for me in the Hartford area. I’m looking forward to seeing what the beautiful landscaping is like in the spring and summer too.”

“The duplex was clean and quiet. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make dinner, although there was no kitchen towel for drying hands and dishes (very minor). Three bedrooms, two with a double/queen, one with a single, and it looked like the couch in the living room was a pull out. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. Wi-fi worked well. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would stay here again if in the area. ”

“We were really only at the house for the late evenings, nights, and mornings. We found the kitchen well stocked to make breakfast (we bought the groceries). The beds were comfortable. “Sadly we were only here for a couple of nights, but this place was very nice. I manage vacation rentals myself and i was very impressed by the cleanliness of this place, especially considering the size of it. The house is great for a family with lots of room to spread out. Our grandkids enjoyed tinkling on the piano and playing in the backyard. Would definitely choose to stay here again!”

“I want to preface my review by stating we had a wonderful time. We needed a getaway to unplug and relax and we were able to do just that. The area was beautiful, nature-plenty, quiet, secluded. There were a few unexpected glitches but nothing that we couldn't improvise around. Having said that, the listing said queen size beds, but they were only full, so my husband and I stayed in separate rooms which was sad . We also felt the people that prepped the home for our stay, must have ran short of……
